Instructions:

1. Stare at the above image and focus on the four dots in the center.

2. Continue to stare for 45 seconds.

3. Slowly find a wall in the room and look close up at it. You should see something on the wall. Try blinking a few times.

Those instructions never work with me

They don't? They should do. Try not to move your head around too much, just focus on a specific spot on the wall (this wall must not have anything on it) and if you stare carefully at the wall you will see a ghost? Try those. If they don't work then you are doing the first few instructions incorrectly.

I forgot to say something, you should go into short focus instead of long focus with your eyes. A good way of practicing this is to look at your hand, then the background behind the hand, then the hand, and so on.
