Maybe you're one of those who have that kind of name before it became Jewish: see, in the 17th-19th centuries, european Jews were wusses who wanted to be like europeans so badly, they changed their last names to Polish/German/Czech/Slovak names. My last name, for example, is Sonnenfeld, a slovak name. It means "Sun Field". My grandma's maiden name is Kilinski, as her mother was born in Poland.
Well that certainly would be an interesting thing to look into. Perhaps my opa has some info of the subject!

And by mentally obese do you mean worrying too much about what you eat? I tend to worry about it, but I'm not the kind who makes myself throw up (bulimic), I just don't eat. I don't enjoy eating at all, unless it's special-occasion food such as sushi. If I eat more than usual and my weight begins to increase, I just stop eating and wait for the weight to drop. I'm not as skinny as I used to be with my 16.3 BMI back in middle school, but I've conked it up to 17.4 which I'm satisfied with. My improvement also took place with learning parkour, which I've been taking in an acrobat/stunt gym for close to a year now.

Nah, the exact opposite. I love eating what I like. I also love sushi! Practically addicted to it, actually. I want to be fat. I don't care if it makes problems, I just can't live with my thin hands, they creep me out! When I say "mentally obese", I mean that, for example, when I go to a wedding or a Bar Mitzvah or something, all I want is food. That's all I think about. I plan my day according to meals.

Hilarious! I love eating food, which brings up the strange question of why I'm not obese, or even chubby. I guess I just know when to stop, which is a problem between many obese people.

Well, c ya later guys, I'm going to eat some chips while playing my PS3. or reading a book, either way. B4 I go, has anyone played the PS3 port of Rayman? I was wondering if the controls are good. Ah who cares! I'm still getting it! it can't be worse than having to listen to this for the whole game.

I know the music on Rayman Advance isn't that bad, but only a few of the original's songs are there, while others are just the main theme and map screen songs. Trust me, after finally completing 100% of Rayman Advance, you don't want to listen to that music for a llllllllooooooooooooonnnnnnnnngggggggggg...............time.

Now the French trailer says November 24... whatever. :boon:

I also noticed the PSN logo in the boxart.

What I'm prediciting is that we can probably share online our ghost datas and compete with other people's ones.

By the way guys, new Daily Bubble: http://raymanorigins.fr.ubi.com/dailybu ... tionNum=10

Is it me or when I clicked in the photo, it looked like a Looney Tunes music?

We know now of so many worlds where there'll be a moskito flight level.

RayFan, I realized what disturbed me so much about your story, other than all the obvious stuff. It reminds me of Catcher in the Rye. I've read it over the summer for English class, and the main character, Holden Caulfield, is a disturbed teenager whom I can closely relate to.

#SPOILERS ABOUT CATCHER IN THE RYE AHEAD#
His little brother died of leukemia, and a friend of his who gets bullied jumps out o the window in their school. Holden obviously became so judgmental of society and so depressed because of these deaths. Your story seems very similar to Holden's, only yours has a good ending.
#END OF SPOILERS#

What do you think, RayFan?

I really don't care what afterlife there is, as long as there will be one. If it is just black emptiness, at least I'll be left with my thoughts. But if you don't believe in the afterlife, then it must be that you just stop existing. What a terrible thing!
Yes, death is disastrous. The only solution is not to die at all.

I don’t know if there is an afterlife, but it seems highly unlikely considering the available evidence. It appears that most belief systems which promise an afterlife (including most religions) are the results of generations of wishful thinking and rationalisation of the existential horror that most people feel at the prospect of death. The only plausible solution to this problem I can imagine is the vanquishment of death through the use of advanced technology, but who knows how long it will take before that becomes possible.

I've read a book that said people have always been looking for ways to be immortal, called "immortality mechanisms". The most prominent one is religions.

I'd say it will take less than a 100 years to make people immortal, according to what I know about the subject.

Ubisoft makes me a bit weirded out, as in Bzzit is called Moskito and Moskito (?) is called some brow Moskito...

Still, a DB about mosquittoes is what I've been waiting for since DB #3, so I'm thankful :)

Some predictions suggest that ageing, disease and other bodily maladies will be overcome by the 2020s or 2030s. The idea is that we could each have billions of microscopic machines travelling through our bloodstream, repairing damaged cells and constantly keeping us in perfect condition.

Many people are sceptical of outlandish-sounding promises like this one, intuitively assuming that the next ten years will feature roughly as much technological advancement as the last ten years, and so on; this overlooks the fact that technological progress moves at an exponential rate. A couple of millennia ago, entire centuries rolled by without any particularly meaningful inventions. Now life-altering technologies such as the internet spring up in the space of a decade or two.

Actually, the process of aging goes like this: every time a cell splits, it's DNA line gets shorter. Once the DNA line is short enough, the cells who are the descendants of the former cell all die. Cancer infected cells are the only ones who's DNA line doesn't get shorter. If you put these cells in an environment where they have an infinite amount of food and their droppings are cleaned, the first cell, from which they all come, is practically immortal. If we can harness that mutation to make regular cells so, there would be no aging. I've tried so hard to make my mom, who's an oncologist, look at it this way, with no luck.

New daily bubble and still talking about religion? seriously?

This one is good, even if it is the daily bubble with less "clickables". Just like...uh... two videos, the looney tunes song and like three sound effects? It looks like Bzzzit is now called moskito...and the original evil Moskito is back, but....kinda different and more evil-looking?

I love how they took different bits of Moskito's "model" and called it the Moskito Starter Kit. Also, the music in the first video is pretty amazing. :)
