Re: Offical Yu-Gi-Oh! topic
I went to a primary school full of scumbags, so the Pokémon and Yu-Gi-Oh business was pretty intense and sometimes gangster-like. We took it all very seriously, and often came up with complex plans to steal cards from each other. It was chaotic.
Re: Offical Yu-Gi-Oh! topic
Don't say anything, there was a jerk who once stole me some cards (and the worst is that the majority was gifted) like the 1st edition of Magmar, a very nice card, and I never more found him. I still wish to that person the same he wished to me.spiraldoor wrote:I went to a primary school full of scumbags, so the Pokémon and Yu-Gi-Oh business was pretty intense and sometimes gangster-like. Yeah, I think it's pretty weird to think how deep that craze was. Where I live, each pack cost £2.50, which is A LOT of money considering packs were comprised of seven cards (and six of these seven cards were common and worthless).spiraldoor wrote:I went to a primary school full of scumbags, so the Pokémon and Yu-Gi-Oh business was pretty intense and sometimes gangster-like. Re: Offical Yu-Gi-Oh! topic
I never really got into Yu-gi-oh or pokémon (neither the card game or the video games, for instance earlier this year, it was my birthday, pokémon black & white released about a day earlier, and I was choosing wether to get one of those games, or kingdom hears Re:coded, I chose kingdom hearts even though I knew pokémon was getting much better reviews.) , the only card game I actually got interested in was a doctor who (can't remember exactly what it was called) had hundreds of those cards, but I soon lost interest in them.

No, it wasn't doctor who top trumps. although I had them too, it was doctor who battles or something, I think "the second generation" of cards had the subtitle "Anhialator" I think.Master4lyf1 wrote:Top Trumps?
Edit: They were called "doctor who monster invasion" they come with a magazine that still gets published. I can actually remember you also got a plastic tardis that you stored your collection in.

No, you're right. It's just that the newer Yu-Gi-Oh isn't to my taste. Nothing but a harmless joke.Raymanarenaps2 wrote:Cartoon network doesn't have it anymore, Netflix is slow, YouTube has Low quality... must i go on...RayFan9876 wrote:Ahaha, you young and naïve child.Raymanarenaps2 wrote:Cw4kids Is Tho only Channel With Yu-Gi-Oh!...
