This is the Acer H233H 23", which is what I use. It's inexpensive, very sturdy, and provides a very good picture with a high contrast ratio. It has a VGA, DVI, and an HDMI input, all of which you can switch between on the fly. All the controls are touch-sensitive and are located on the lower bevel between the logo and the power button. They only light up and become visible when the power is on, which gives it a very sleek and symmetrical look when not in use.
The only flaw is that it doesn't really bend up and down very far.
