Re: Rayman Revolution Japanese Version
Please stop with the saying ''purple is the color of death''! It's also the color of royalty!

Who's Lyman? And the colours of death are black and red, purple is the colour of royalty.stan423321 wrote:Just realised Japanese Ly is Rai.
I basically do not know what is worse, Japanese Ly or Lyman.
Re: Rayman Revolution Japanese Version
Thank you, TeensieKing for clearing that up too
Also in response to your question, Stan just made another of those hardly-understandable jokes. He meant Ly japanese is pronounced (I think) Rai, so he said Lyman because it would be Raiman.

Purple is color of royality in our culture. Japanese may feel different about it.
And yes, I was referring to Japanese r/l ambiguity.

All links are broken.
And I can't see TeensieKing's fanart.
And does anybody have Rayman Kaizokufune Kara no Dasshutsu? O_o Ly's appearance was much better in this version.

Re: Rayman Revolution Japanese Version
Try not to use dark coloured text please, I can hardly read what you're saying. From what i can make out you mean Japanese Rayman 2? My boyfriend does have a copy but ripping dreamcast games is complicated and snesorama got shut down now; still, leave it to the experts.

Re: Rayman Revolution Japanese Version
Oh, sorry. o_o" I just thought it might be off topic, so...
Yes, it's japanese Rayman 2 for Dreamcast. I know the person who has an .ISO file of this game, but he doesn't want to share it with anybody.( I thought that I might find somebody in RPC who could help me, but it seems like this search is much more difficult than I expected.

Cairnie owns the DC game, the problem is that ripping DC games is hard as crap from what I've heard before.

Re: Rayman Revolution Japanese Version
It's because it's a GD-ROM and one of the only few ways you can rip it is if you have the broadband adapter [which is extremely rare iirc] and a copy of Phantasy Star Online? IDK it's just complicated.Haruka wrote:Cairnie Gagaman owns the DC game, the problem is that ripping DC games is hard as crap from what I've heard before.
Re: Rayman Revolution Japanese Version
Oh sorry, I thought it was you buying the game. ^W^'
But that sucks, because if that was possible, I would kindly ask Gagaman if he could share me the ISO file of the disc.

Re: Rayman Revolution Japanese Version
We would if we could but as we don't even have the aforementioned equipment (it costs well over £100 to actually buy one for a start -__-) there's not really much we can do ourselves other than just googling for the actual CDI files.
