Seems like I'm sadly the only one here who owns Uprising, damn. The game came with 6 cool ar cards though.
I've been playing Kingdom hearts lately, for the first time actually, yeah I've missed out on a BIG game for a huge part of my life, but now I can finally experience it, my friend gave me a free copy.

I got Uprising. Damn Rayfist, you were right in every way.
But the one place I would have to disagree with you is the voice acting, it's terribly cheesy. But doesn't seem like it would work any other way.

Cheesy voice acting can be good sometimes, hey we need to do online on it sometime.

8( But you're not. That game is awesome as heck.Rayfist wrote:Seems like I'm sadly the only one here who owns Uprising, damn. The game came with 6 cool ar cards though.
@ Haruka and Raytunes: Sadly my main problem is that I'm not into Mario games, so that kinda decreases my 3DS collection by half. :'D I never bothered even to try Pilotwings, seems like I really didn't miss much with that. Luigi's Mansion 2 is a definite must-buy for me when it comes out though!
I tried the Kingdom Hearts 3D demo the other night btw. It felt surprisingly good, considering it's yet another spin-off title. I might actually pick it up at some point.
Re: What games are you currently playing?
Kingdom hearts 3D is great, feels pretty much like the ps2 games and best of all Sora is back in buisness + not one of his evil clones in sight!! Kinda started to feel like the rabbids / rayman scenario for a whileTricai wrote:8( But you're not. Played the Final Fantasy theatrythm demo... it was different of course, quite fun and pretty tricky at points on higher difficulties.
Re: What games are you currently playing?
I played that too, wish they included FF7/9 songs in the demo instead of that stoopid Leona Lewis track :/Acarr wrote:Played the Final Fantasy theatrythm demo... it was different of course, quite fun and pretty tricky at points on higher difficulties.

Mario Party 9
Re: What games are you currently playing?
Finished today Croc (Game Boy Color) at 100%. I was playing this version for the first time since a couple of days ago. I wrote a review in dA if anyone is curious to know more details about it: http://fav.me/d55371w

I own a 3DS as well.
We should all gather up and play some massive online multiplayer Mario Kart matches!
And Kid Icarus: Uprising, once I get it.

Re: What games are you currently playing?
Okay, so I have the following demos downloaded on my PS3:
- Limbo
- Scott Pilgrim vs. The World
- Skullgirls
- Fancy Pants Adventures
- GoldenEye 007
Cause, you know...

But what I'd like to know is, with the exception of GoldenEye (which I've written off from the start), which one of these would anyone recommend me to buy the full version of? Any personal experiences with these titles, good or bad? Maybe some better ideas?

Re: What games are you currently playing?
- I played the Scott Pilgrim demo, and it crashed on me halfway through. Tried it again and found it a fair bit unforgiving if I'm honest. Don't get me wrong, the style is great and is executed in a great manner. Great music, great retro-stylised graphics. The difficulty part's probably just my inability to play fighting games.
- I have yet to play Skullgirls, though I've heard it's pretty good.
- LIMBO is a great puzzle-platformer, I'd probably say it's the best out of this whole list because of the sheer experience you will get from it.
- Fancy Pants Adventures I feel is way too easy, it took me maybe a couple of hours to get past the halfway mark in the game. However I will say that the local multiplayer I found quite fun, the races especially so. Though that of course relies on having friends who want to play the game. Still out of the five this is my second highest recommended.
If I could make a few suggestions here as well, try out the Fat Princess Demo on PSN if you haven't already. Honestly one of my favourite games on the PSN Store full stop, such a unique take on Capture the Flag-style gameplay. Also, try out Eufloria. I had so much fun with that game just growing a massive army to swarm the opposing nations. Loving this particular strategy game.
And finally, as far as I can see any game under the PixelJunk label is fairly good. If you're looking for some more relaxed games then I must point you in the direction of flOw, Flower and Journey.
...And I think that's about it.

Re: What games are you currently playing?
From my list I'm leaning towards Limbo. From your suggestions, I'm considering one of the PixelJunk games.
Thank you for helping. I'll have to think about this some more though.

Re: What games are you currently playing?
Scott Pilgrim vs the world was an easy game, you just need to keep going at it, even if you die, you level up even if you die, the more you level the better, there are secret areas that you can find in the game which will increase your strength and such, it's really, a pretty easy game imo, especially with 7 levels, nonetheless, wonderful game.
Re: What games are you currently playing?
I didn't have much time to play this year but I do now as it's summer vacation!
Here's what I'm playing at the moment:
On my PSP:
I just finished Chrono Cross, the fantastic sequel to the even more fantastic Chrono Trigger. ^^
I'm going to play Radical Dreamers too, which is a text-based adventure game made before they used pieces of its plot in Chrono Cross.
After that it's time for Xenogears
On my Wii:
I'm pouring 5 hours per day in Zelda: Skyward Sword at the moment. I like it so far.
On my Xbox 360:
Just finished the Secret of Monkey Island: SE. That was epic and hilarious
The new artwork is also awesome! I'm probably gonna buy the second one.
I have to finish Blue Dragon and AC: Revelations first though... I was playing those earlier but I kinda stopped as I had exams.
Oh yeah, I should also get Final Fantasy XIII-2 when I can... it looks a lot better than FFXIII.
On my PS2:
Nothing. I should still play Final Fantasy XII though. It's the only main Final Fantasy I haven't finished yet, apart from III.
On my PC:
The same old Eclipse test demo... I hope to replace it with a 3D test level of Dreambound at the end of this summer vacation ^^

Re: What games are you currently playing?
I've played Rabbids Go Home today for Wii. I heard that the bonus level is "impossible" to unlock so I'm wondering if it will be worth trying to get max score in all the levels.
Re: What games are you currently playing?
I've started playing Rayman Origins and Ratchet & Clank All4One again.
Re: What games are you currently playing?
I started Rayman DS again, because i try to be the best player. Also, i'm playing Angry Birds and Angry Birds Seasons.
Re: What games are you currently playing?
I have been playing Going Commando from The Ratchet & Clank HD Trilogy recently. 'Tis a very good entry, maybe even the best.
Re: What games are you currently playing?
Now i´m playing the Metal Slug games and trying to put correct the Rayman game in my damn Vista computer!!
