Yes, maybe this would inspire some hype in me again. I think I'm already pretty rushed for RotD though; it's great to see someone (note- basically ONE person!) make an entire game from scratch and make such good progress. I think that maybe, that's even more impressive than a whole new 3D game from Ubi themselves. Maybe that's because of the reflective aspect of RotD for me.

Yeah, CryEngine3 has real nice, unbelievably well-faked SSR (screen-space reflections).
I'm more hyped for a volumetric lighting patch than I am for Rayman Legends.

RL is DELAYED!??! FUCK NO! Is that trustworthy source?
They also let that happen with RO. This just pushes the 3D sequel years and years far. I mean if RO had come out 2010, then RL had possibly came out 2011 and then we would get R4 now, or a bit later but not long. Delaying RO for 2011 so that RL would come now is still ok, but delaying also another 2d game that every Rayman fan cannot even experience because of its stupid Wii U exclusivity.
But theres something else that i also dont get. Why everything always has to be released at holiday season? Is it a problem to release RL at summer for example. Would be at least a bit sooner.

That's nice, yes, but I was implying the fact that I myself am making a game and that seeing someone else with the same purpose coming this far is a good morale-booster.
