Oh you just remind me Harry Potter. The first game was nice, and I heard the second one was ok too, but started to become bad from Azkaban after.
Re: That one game everyone loves but you hate
I haven't played any of HP games, I prefer books.

Philosopher's Stone was a great game for its time. Chamber of Secrets was really good too, though it felt like a bit of a retread and didn't feature as much exploration. Prisoner of Azkaban was great – maybe the best of the lot. Goblet of Fire ditched the series's open-world 3D gameplay in favour of drab level-based isometric adventure, and I haven't bothered to check out the subsequent ones.

Ah yes, the Harry Potter games. I only ever played the first three, and as far as I can remember, Prisoner of Azkaban was quite amazing.

Every one has different choice of games.
Some people like fighting games, some like action games.
I hate secret Files 3 game.
In my life i have watched many people to play this game.
But i really really hate this game.

I don't remember if I've ever flat-out hated any games... However, there are some things I love that other people would dislike. I guess I'm just weird like that.

Personal thoughts of the Harry Potter games:
First game was shit! Second game was shit! Never played any of the others and probably never will! Cause the first two was shit! ANY QUESTIONS!!?

I think we had the first or second Harry Potter game. All I can remember is that you had to trade cards or something with others and rescue someone's kitten. I don't know. And it was dubbed in Finnish, which sounded ridiculous.

Le titre en anglais est "His dark materials".
Well to be fair i'm not very fan of Dragon quest. I tried the ninth but i found it boring.

Okay, I dislike the Lego games. This may seem odd, but I played Lego Star Wars and it was okay. But they're just so... samey. Of course, that's part of the appeal, but yeah, I dislike it.
I also dislike FF10, even though many people seem to love it. I tried it and I was like bleh I'm going back to FFVI.

I hate all MMORPGs I've ever played... Do this, do that, kill him, kill her and milk a cow
Re: That one game everyone loves but you hate
The Mario games. Especially the ones for the past 6 or so years. I actually used to be into the Mario games, but since I discovered Rayman I lost intrest, besides, even so I still don't think I would've been able to bring myself to play Mario's latest re-hash New Super Mario Bros. 2.
Re: That one game everyone loves but you hate
Just wondering but have any of you played a game called Slender?
Re: That one game everyone loves but you hate
@Ceci I remind trying before Lego Racers and I enjoyed.
I own BIONICLE - The Game for PC, and it is a proof of what happens when games are rushed in order to match release dates. Plot mistakes, shallow longevity, glitches, sound effects that could be improved, camera problems... not to mention that its a game that you can hardly define its genre. It is constantly changing the gameplay style.

Re: That one game everyone loves but you hate
Why's that?
Re: That one game everyone loves but you hate
Probably due to the fact ive just seen a bunch of people state that Rayman 2 is not even closely comparable to the "perfection." that is Mario 64. Ive played both and I have to say Rayman 2 is superior in artstyle, Story, Soundtrack, Level design, characters, bosses and most importantly gameplay. Mario 64s success was largely due to its revolutionary open world levels and I have to give it major kudos for being the inspiration for such franchises like Spyro and Jak, but still...Adsolution wrote:Why's that?

Re: That one game everyone loves but you hate
Really? I don't see at people would complain about Rayman 2 in that regard. To me, Rayman 2 and Mario 64 were both near perfection in their respective genres, especially at their times of release. If Mario 64 had been released in 1999 like Rayman 2 as opposed to 1996, then I don't think it would have been looked upon so well.
