I think the robot's voice is by far not menacing enough to pass as an evil villain.
The final boss reminds me of the final phase of Jet Set Radio Future, though, which is interesting in its own way.

I'm not gonna lie here, that final boss is quite epic, and the use of gravity is good, I think that and the Sega levels at the end, are the only levels I really like.Master4lyf1 wrote:True, control in ZG with a Wii-Mote was nothing compared to the control gained by using a PS2 controller.
But we got used to it, as for the story, I agree, methinks they went a bit too far, if they really insist on having a "story," then I'd probably only tolerate upto Adventure 2's level, though I believe Sonic games don't need much of a story.
I will say though, I do like the "final boss" of ZG, even if it can be rather irritating.
@Gnineify
oh lawd, thats the sonic fanbase in a nutshell at the beginning.
@Shroob, I've been dying to play Jet Set Radio future, but because I don't own an xbox I have not been able to, why doesn't Sega release a new HD collection pack with JSRF and Shenmue 1 and 2? Those are games I'd really love to play.
Re: What games are you currently playing?
I am truly in the need of getting a JSRF re-release, HD or not. And dear SEGA, a new JSR game please and thank you.
If anything happens.

Re: What games are you currently playing?
I can agree! I bought the original Jet Set Radio HD off steam and it is great, but really Sega NEEDS to make JSRF HD, I liked it so MUCH better then the original, tighter controls, better cell-shaded graphics, I really want to see an HD re-release. Sega really needs to take a break from there Hedgehog mascot, they have MILLIONS of other mascots who had great games... Nights... Jet Set Radio... Shenmue... Samba De Amigo... etc.

Re: What games are you currently playing?
I'm not sure if JSRF really needs an HD-rerelease. It would be nice to see, but its graphics are already great and interesting and probably quite amazing for their time. I can still play the game now and marvel at some aspects of it (and laugh at others: triangular pigeons haha). What I'd rather see is a sequel in HD.

Re: What games are you currently playing?
I don't see the harm of JSRF getting an HD remake, I think it'd be a great addition the to HD collections of Sega, a game we REALLY need in HD is Shenmue though, a great Dreamcast classic.
Re: What games are you currently playing?
Interestingly there was a third JSR in the making for Wii. Kuju Entertainment showed their concepts to SEGA, but SEGA was more interested in sniffing their own farts.

Re: What games are you currently playing?
Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure. And before anyone is gonna shout like "WHY DO YOU PLAY THIS SHITTY GAME!!?!", or "DONT YOU REALISE THAT THEY RUINED SPYRO?!?!" please don't. I don't think that Activision ruined Spyro and it's NOT 'shitty'. In fact, they wanted to bring the classics back just as how many (hardcore) Spyro fans want, but they didn't receive the full rights to 3Dize the Official Classic Spyro universe, so they went to the diffrent routine, and made their own design of Spyro which is rather based and inspired on one of the Classic Spyro making-of sketches.
Yes I understand that anyone can have their own opinion and should be respected, but I've heard a lot of shocking things when the game was nearly about to be released... Classic Spyrotards sent death-threats to Activision for "ruining" their childhood and want them to cancel the game or they will blow up the company, a fan of the Skylanders game was attacked on YouTube for liking Spyro's new make-over. But there is ONLY ONE thing that I'm not pleased about Skylanders is that it's a wallet-killer, needing to collect all the figurines to finish the game 100%. And if you would remind me that I should have waited for a price cut and buying the right version. And I would have saved the money to purchase the other elemental figurines that I like.

Re: What games are you currently playing?
As a stand-alone game, I don't think Skylanders looks too bad, but it isn't my taste, I'll always prefer the beauty of the classic Spyro, but I don't think I have anything against Skylanders... CRASH OF THE TITANS and Mind over Mutants though... oh god.

Re: What games are you currently playing?
Well I'm fine with your honest statement and I will highly respect that.
Re: What games are you currently playing?
Got Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon. Holy fuck its good.
Re: What games are you currently playing?
I like the concept of Skylanders but here's the main issue: the extensive collection of figures and the price per figure/pack.
I think the figures are too expensive. If they were half cheaper, I would buy the game and a couple of figures. Since it isn't the case, sorry but no.

Re: What games are you currently playing?
And that is what I was trying to mean.
I seriously should have waited for a price cut sooner or later! >< Anyway, I'll be selling the PC version. Because we bought the cheap Nintendo Wii version from someone over a Dutch site that is like Ebay but more trustworthy. The game I'm selling is also because it's for the Win7 system, my brother has one though, but I seriously hate switching from computers to one another, it's quite annoying. And he needs his trusty computer too for imprtant stuff.

Re: What games are you currently playing?
Ah, Skylanders, a cousin of mine owns that game.
Personally, I'll admit, I loathe the redesign, and do not consider Skylander Spyro to be the same as the original, but that's just fanboy speak.
As a game, Skylanders does seem rather decent, it doesn't seem to be my cup 'o tea, but it is a rather clever concept, and it works well for those who are willing to invest and enjoy it. But I'll stick with Ratchet and Clank.

This. I'm playing it right now, I only wish there was a Wii U version but this game is still bloody brilliant so far.Keane wrote:Got Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon. Holy fuck its good.
