I really like the glowing effect that seems to originate from inside the middle of the letters. How did you achieve that? Gradient in a circle with bright colours with the letters as the boundrary for the colouring?

Not quite. I had 2 layers of text, I set the boundary to the letters and then did a Gaussian blur (set to 30.0 px in both x and y) on it, while slightly adjusting the opacity of that layer. Only other thing worth noting is that I also had another text layer underneath them both that has also been blurred only the boundary is the image size.
