I wouldn't really have quoted the entire thing if I was merely going to express my agreement, perhaps I'd do so only if I wished to dispute or add to a point made.

My channel is downgraded thanks to this, great, looks like I'll have to make a trailer for my channel.
Rest in peace, old channel :(

I'm really excited for the DuckTales remake by Capcom, the man who voiced Scrooge Mcduck 93 motherfucking years old, is voice acting in the game, what a troop.

I find it particularly aggravating how we're constantly stuck in an edit mode, it was much better when we could view our channels as normally as anyone else could, and edit mode being a separate facility that we could call upon on our choosing.
I guess I'll have to make a trailer of some sort too, though given the quality of my current work, I don't see much point.

*reads third article*

Yep I'm done, I could care less for the Xbox One, I've heard nothing good from it so far, nothing, this online connecting, Fantasia, etc.
For the love of god I'm hoping that the ps4 will be good, doesn't interest me right now but I hope it gets good games is all. I'll probably watch the e3 Microsoft presentation but my inner gut is telling me it's going to be awful.

Yes, there's a lot of utter retardation going about the XOne, but I can't understand how people are dismissing something as a lost cause before it's even been released. Maybe it will turn out to be a complete failure, but maybe it won't. As far as I recall, everyone was so incredibly hyped for the 3DS; now people are starting to notice how underwhelming the thing actually is.

You haven't heard one good thing though? The technological innovations incorporated into the system as far as I'm concerned seem to be great, fantastic things. Of course they're bogged down by the undoubtedly awful thing known as DRM, but how does that prevent those innovations from being good things? All the PS4 really is is a more powerful PS3, and like many of you have already complained, we need more than graphical improvement nowadays to define the advancement of consoles.

MFW I bought a 3DS. All I care for are the games on it. Like Fire Emblem Awakening, Luigi's Mansion 2, Devil Survivor, etc. Prolly won't be much else, but meh. It was also because my latest DS Lite was dying. Also got LoZ: Oracle of Ages and Seasons recently on the Virtual Console.

So it's not because of WHOA BETTER GRAPHICS YAY but more so MOAR GAMES AND CYCLE OF TECHNOLOGY (you buy technology > it breaks, not made to alst forver > you buy new one > breaks > repeats over and over)

That's the thing, I care what games the console has, PS4 is already having a game by Capcom made for it, that's already a +1, but as far as I'm concerned I may be getting neither, Wii-U is looking bright so far. I do fully agree with the graphical improvement note though. I can clearly tell I may be judging the Xbox one a bit too harshly, but so far I really have not seen anything good, I don't want the Kinect to be mandatory, I can understand if it controls navigation through menus well but I'd rather sit down all snuggly with my wireless controller rather than stand up to WAVE MY HANDS IN THE AIR LIKE I JUST DON'T CARE.

Come on, liking the concept isn't a bad thing. There are some features from Xbox One that are still eye-catching. It might end up as a pretty decent console....

or...a total failure. I fucking hate it so far, but in every aspect you're right.

No one ever said that you needed to get up and do that. Literally, all you have to do to navigate the menus with Kinect is sit back in your chair and flick your finger around. It's really that simple, it feels futuristic, it works almost perfectly (though is still a bit buggy at times since it's new), and denying any of that is a ridiculous thing to do.

I'd rather have a controller and play with buttons, not waving something around.

:boon:

It requires less movement than a controller. I can literally have my palm resting on my armrest, my finger being the only thing raised, barely moving an inch back and forth. What do I need to make anyone understand this? I'm not speaking Swahili am I?

This ^

I know what you're thinking "Why are you so lazy enough not to just flick your fingers across the screen", in all honesty when I'm really tired I feel a controller is more comfortable use, I guess I'm just lazy when I'm tired :p
You seem to be having a pleasant experience with Kinect which I'm happy to see, I own one and I guess I just don't see it.
