I liked the "epic" trailer. It's been a long time since we've seen Rayman actually in 3D, if we don't count TV Party or Academy of Champions.

Probably no screening of Rayman Legends during the Nintendo Direct, as it isn't an exclusive to Nintendo anymore. One thing is for sure.... Smash Bros and Mario Kart will be announced, and those are TWO BIG BOMBS.

ALSO, MURFY EATING GIANT SLICES OF CAKE IS SO FUNNY OH SWEET JESUS

I think the trailer is a bit cheap, considering it shows off a full 3D environment, when that's not at all what the game's going to be. Not that any other trailers ever give you actual information on what it is they're 'trailering' nowadays - it seems the trend for trailers today is making the most fun movie to watch, not in fact showing what product it is they're promoting at all.

I laughed so hard. The squeak is intemporal, Rayman was also squeaking in Rayman 2. :mryellow:

OK, now that I finished to watch the Nintendo Direct (which was awesome by the way), I'm going to give my impressions about the footage of yesterday.

I admit I was worried about what they would show up this time, I even thought they would show footage of the ports to the PS3, 360... But Ubisoft managed to surprise me with a 3D trailer, that was phenomenal. I loved the animations and the 3D models, it was gorgeous! :D

And then they showed the 2D trailer. I got a mind blow when I saw that this game won't have just 90 levels, but more than 120! This will be by far the biggest Rayman game ever made, with the double of the longevity of RO and more replaying value due to the inclusion of multiplayer minigames and the apparent stay of the weekly/daily challenges. Now this is a 50,00€ game that will surely take me more than a month to complete.

And of course, the new images are beautiful.

Resuming, I loved both trailers and it grew more excitement to me for the release of the game. :D

I am now hyped like never before in my life. This was one of the best E3's in past few years, and Rayman Legends is best game shown. Now only problem is what am I gonna do until RL comes out.

The fact is with the release of the next gen consoles, it was going to be a great E3. But with the release Sony Nintendo and Microsoft wanted to add to their consoles stuff which has been at the center of the Internet and gaming community these last five years : social network, cloud, trading, etc...it showed us how many things happened in the last past decade. And they managed to concentrate a great part of it into their consoles, as third parties in the games.

That was awesome, incredibly awesome.

Topping Rayman Legends could be difficult, but I trust that Ancel and his team will do even more amazing shit in the future.

That makes no sense. You could've checked the fuck back. How am I jumping to conclusions? I mean I am technically but you're proving my point at the moment.

Dexter Fourzan from Youtube says-
what's the name of the axe-girl? I need to look for some RULE 34 of her NOW!! oh, dear Ubisoft, would it be to much of a petition if I asked for some official R-34 on that gal? hahahah.. I'm a useless dreamer u_u
Someone needs a shag.

Let me just take one moment to say how much I HNNNNNNNG'd throughout that 3D trailer. And looking at how it looks like DuckRayman is going a head, the game's really shaping up to be an awesome thing.

Agreed! The game looks pretty okay, but DuckRayman's walk cycle made me realise how amazing, gorgeous and innovative this beautiful masterpiece of a game is.

That reminds me of the Arena bossfight with Reflux in R3, for obvious reasons.

Oooh, a Candy World!

Very impressive screenshots and artworks overall, but those two stood out to me the most.

I loved the 2D trailer (especially the scene with Polokus and Rayduck in the candy world) but didn't like the 3D trailer so much. It wasn't showing the actual product (which is 2D), made Rayman look like an idiot, and the enemies seemed to be just rabbids in disguise (they even used the same sounds, like the rabbid scream at 0:55). It also just doesn't look right for a 3D Rayman. Luckily, it's not. :P
