Re: Birthdays and ages
Again, differing timezones, Haruka's in Portugal, so, there it is, 9:32 am? So, we're following the same time, Haruka, at the moment.
Re: Birthdays and ages
Happy birthday Haruka!

Thank you, everyone!
@Master Portugal owns the Greenwich Time Zone, which is GMT +0 so it is the exact one for United Kingdom.

Ah goody, at the moment we're in BST (ie. Daylight Savings), I'm assuming Portugal does that also, right?
Re: Birthdays and ages
Yes, we also have the Summer Time, so it is now +1.
Re: Birthdays and ages
Wait, so how much time is in Portugal Right now? Is it still 1 hour difference from my timezone?
Right now here it is 14:22

Right now it is 13:38h.
Re: Birthdays and ages
It is still 1 hour difference. I always preferred UK timezone better.

Re: Birthdays and ages
Nope, The time Haruka posted there was the same as the time I can see when I look up the post time, we're in Daylight Savings or BST here, not GMT, which is what we're on during the winter.OldClassicGamer wrote:It is still 1 hour difference. I always preferred UK timezone better.
Though is it just me, or are the times beginning to get out of sync again? I posted this @ 14:20, according to my clock, yet PC says it is 14:27.
Re: Birthdays and ages
The time Haruka posted was not the same time I see on my computer, TV channels. My PC has time detected via internet. The time Haruka posted was 1 hour less then my time.Master wrote:Nope, The time Haruka posted there was the same as the time I can see when I look up the post time, we're in Daylight Savings or BST here, not GMT, which is what we're on during the winter.OldClassicGamer wrote:It is still 1 hour difference. Haruka's timezone is WEST while mine is CEST.

Re: Birthdays and ages
CEST, eh?
Like I said before though, the time here in the UK is the time Haruka is following, so it would seem you're not following your preferred UK time as you previously stated.

Re: Birthdays and ages
So it's called CEST in english. I knew only the german term MESZ (Mittel Europäische Sommerzeit). So I guess CEST stands for Central European Summer Time am I right?
Re: Birthdays and ages
I never said I was in UK timezone, I meant to say I like that one best.Master wrote:CEST, eh?
