What's the 0.2 counted off for? I hope it's not like Majora's Mask which got a 9.9 and lost that 0.1 due to some unexplained reason.

While the ban is of course ridiculous his reaction to it is on the same level. "I'm gonna quit buying video games over a temporary ban!!!!!" And the funny part of it is that he's not at all going to actually do that.
