I loved that bit as well, but my favorite part was when Elliot said "FUCK" very loudly and John commented that he sounded like he touched a hot stove.sonicbrawler182 wrote:The bit where they glitched Slender: The Arrival was absolutely hilarious.SegaNintendoUbisoft wrote:I think SomecallmeJohnny had a good reaction video when he was playing Slender, it wan't over the top, but he was still startled.

I found this anti-Sonic Lost World facebook group known as Sonic Adeventure Era. I got a pretty good laugh looking at it, one person even said "hello fellow REAL fans" when talking to the rest of the group. https://www.facebook.com/pages/Sonic-Ad ... 0039816558

Re: Sonic the Hedgehog
Some new footage of Lost World was released along with not one, but two fights with Zazz. The boss fight looks REALLY easy, but it's the first boss. Kick ass music as well.

Shame those boss sequences are probably easy, cuz they look pretty creative!

Re: Sonic the Hedgehog
I did a bit of research and apparently, those are just mini bosses. Like in Sonic 3 and Knuckles, you fight a mini boss and then at the end of the zone you fight the real deal. Even then, Sonic hasn't really been known for difficult boss fights, save for the final boss.

Re: Sonic the Hedgehog
If that's the case, those were some pretty decent miniboss fights.

SEGA - Spoiling Sonic games in the month run up to a game's release since 2011.
I'm literally avoiding all footage and screenshots until I play the game. The only screenshot in the recently released batch I saw is the one in which Sonic is sliding on his butt like an idiot.

Re: Sonic the Hedgehog
What language is that in anyways?
Music-wise, it seems that they're going to vary the tracks for levels a little depending on how the levels are, much like Sonic Colours.

Re: Sonic the Hedgehog
I am not 100% sure but it might be italian. That would make Sonic Lost World second game with that language (Generations was first) so now it is pretty much confirmed that game will have all languages as Generations did.

I personally like to think Lost World is inspired by Xtreme.

like it wasnt obvious
Re: Sonic the Hedgehog
I know but some people still keep claiming SLW is Mario Galaxy rip-off. Well, by that logic Mario Galaxy is Sonic Xtreme rip-off. I am just sick of complaining.

Re: Sonic the Hedgehog
Not necessarily, X-treme didn't feature the planetoid mechanic, and its level design is much different. Lost World seems to merge the two ideas together, from what I feel, there are some very galaxy-esque areas in Lost World, such as spherical surfaces.
Re: Sonic the Hedgehog
Still, calling game a rip-off is just dumb.

Re: Sonic the Hedgehog
Rip-off would imply that it just took Galaxy and shoved Sonic assets on it.
I wouldn't say that it has none of Galaxy's DNA, so to speak, there's a definite inspiration there, but it seems that they're trying to make these concepts their own.
