Re: Sonic the Hedgehog
They even mentioned Crash Bandicoot. What a character he used to be. I have to say I like this Sonic model for new Smash Bros.

Re: Sonic the Hedgehog
Indeed, wonder how RCS will play Sonic in this one, and if he'll be using the same taunts as JG.
Re: Sonic the Hedgehog
I would love to hear "You are too slow!" and "Now I will show you!" said by RCS.

Re: Sonic the Hedgehog
Hm, it's hard for me to imagine, seeing as Griffith's portrayal of those lines left quite the impact.

Re: Sonic the Hedgehog
Neat trailer, certainly effective conveying.
Voice sounds different to what I remember of Pokemon's narrator, but it has been some time...

Re: Sonic the Hedgehog
Can anyone find this music without narration in background?

Re: Sonic the Hedgehog
Probably not, we'll have to wait 'til release to get a pure version of the track.
In other news, is no-one excited for the next Mario and Sonic!? (I'm not really bothered).

Re: Sonic the Hedgehog
JUST LOOK AT SONIC'S SHITTY SMUG LITTLE FACE.
IT'S LIKE HE KNEW WE WERE WAITING FOR THIS ANNOUNCEMENT.
Yeah, Sonic was my main in Brawl, so I'm psyched. I'm also glad we can recreate that Archie Sonic/Megaman crossover in game form.
As for the new Mario & Sonic, I might get it one day. But I doubt I'd get much multiplayer oppurtunities right now.

Re: Sonic the Hedgehog
I'm excited for Sonic returning.
Re: Sonic the Hedgehog
Mario & Sonic kinda sucks in my opinion.
Re: Sonic the Hedgehog
I played the first one on Wii and I disliked controls.Keane wrote:Mario & Sonic kinda sucks in my opinion.
I played Sonic at the Olympic games on Symbian (dunno why Mario was dropped, maybe there was licence issue) and it was meh.
I might try DS one since I think controls would be better. Rayman Raving Rabbids 2 did have better DS controls in my opinion than Wii version. Mario & Sonic might too.

Re: Sonic the Hedgehog
If memory serves, the DS versions weren't anything spectacular, just a typical collection of olympic minigames, many involving the touch screen.
Re: Sonic the Hedgehog
What I wish for is Mario & Sonic RPG. Sonic alone in RPG is kinda unfitting for me but with Mario it would be awesome.

That's exactly what it is. Nothing worth your money.Master wrote:If memory serves, the DS versions weren't anything spectacular, just a typical collection of olympic minigames, many involving the touch screen.

Re: Sonic the Hedgehog
Indeededly, if I recall correctly, the Winter Olympics one had a very annoying Toad as a guide.
Re: Sonic the Hedgehog
Is there any DS game that is completely same like console version? I always only see changes and adaptations.

Re: Sonic the Hedgehog
The DS version of Mario & Sonic at the Winter Olympics actually has an RPG Adventure of sorts.OldClassicGamer wrote:What I wish for is Mario & Sonic RPG. Sonic alone in RPG is kinda unfitting for me but with Mario it would be awesome.
It's certainly unique. I actually had fun with it.

Re: Sonic the Hedgehog
Not that I'm aware of, they tend to be downsized due to obvious hardware limitations.
