Re: The Earthworm Jim topic
But I don't play with the original disc since years, I use the fanmodified torrent that Claw Recluse owns.
Re: The Earthworm Jim topic
Well, as the name says, it is fanmodified so thats why the problems were fixed. ISO I had was the part of some collection called GameZone 9
I can upload ISO if you want. It even has Rayman Gold. ISO has it's own menu where you select which games to install.

Re: The Earthworm Jim topic
I usually play EWJ 1 on emulator and EWJ 2 on my Genesis.
Re: The Earthworm Jim topic
Yesterday night, after going out from the school, I went to the bookshop close to it (the oldest from the world: http://www.guinnessworldrecords.com/wor ... -bookshop- ) and I bought this month's issue of Retro Gamer, to read in the train trips. It features an interview to TenNapel and is about the Jim franchise. I might scan the pages later.
Re: The Earthworm Jim topic
I am curious to know if they are gonna bring Jim back.
Re: The Earthworm Jim topic
I hope so.
Re: The Earthworm Jim topic
If so, they should stick with 2D.
Imagine an EWJ game with UbiArt Engine

Re: The Earthworm Jim topic
That would be very interesting, OCG. I really want a new EWJ game. It's been too long.
Re: The Earthworm Jim topic
Sorry for being late, but as I promised, here's the scan of the 8-page interview that Retro Gamer did to Doug concerning EWJ. Retro Gamer mentions briefly Rayman 2 at a point. I also started to understand why EWJ3D is full of problems as a game. It was an interesting reading, especially how the whole thing started:

Cool! Thanks Haruka.
Re: The Earthworm Jim topic
Apparently our dearest earthworm might appear in the Boogerman 20th Anniversary Edition.

Hm, on the topic of kickstarters and the like, I wonder how Mighty No. 9 is doing...
Re: The Earthworm Jim topic
That thing is already funded to the max.

Re: The Earthworm Jim topic
Indeed, though we haven't heard much since, granted, it's only been a month, but I do wonder why there's such silence.
Re: The Earthworm Jim topic
I suppose they are developing game quietly now. There is no way they will cancel it.
