Tell the blog you posted it?Rendell wrote:Ah, I know it already.DesLife wrote:Wat. Didn't get your question at all.
Basically, how tumblr works :
User A posts original content (OC).
27549 other users repost User A's OC.
End of the story.
I just want to ask how do people share their content in specialized blogs or how to say...
For example. There is a blog 'fans of X' which reblogs anything connected with X. Such blogs sometimes are running by few people. And there is a user Z, who has made something with X, posted it, but even with a lot of tags etc, his post haven't been noticed. And he wants to share it in 'fans of X' blog, because there are a lot of people interested in X who follow it.
So what does he do? Sends a link to his post with X content into a submission box of 'fans of X' blog?
Still not sure if I described it right. >_<

Perhaps change the complete interface and force linking?Hunchman801 wrote:How do you think it could have affected YouTube?OldClassicGamer wrote:What if it was Google that did it?
Do you think it would affect YouTube even more?

Uh... In my personal one.Serza5 wrote: Tell the blog you posted it?
I've tried to google something about the subject I described and seems like it is something called 'collective blog'. :/
upd: Uh, I got it. This was written on one of those 'collective blogs' I've been talking about:
And someone else said me that such blogs usually work like that... well, as I was expecting: people just throwing links to their posts which they want to be reblogged in blog's submission box.If you want to submit a link to be reblogged, please make sure to click “submit as link”!
I apologize for badly described problem about this above. -_-

The design of this looks rather interesting.
Upgrading is going to be an obvious issue, though. But for cooling and the like, having a doughnut could potentially be useful.

A Mac Pro is really expensive, so I have a Mac mini (Core i7, 2.3 GHz, 1TB disk), which is enough for me.technology4617 wrote:The design of this looks rather interesting.

I would rather spend that amount of money if I had it on building best possible desktop Windows PC than Mac

While you could build a comp equally as strong for about a thousand dollars (so, a third to a quarter of the price) and then Hackintosh it if you please, I suppose what you're "paying for" is the incredibly small size. I mean, that thing is ridiculously miniature.

Windows 9 seems to have been mentioned by Microsoft. To me, this sounds like an excellent thing, but I really hope they give us some damn graphical customisation options. I really liked Aero Glass, and I want to see that make a return.

Hear, hear.
I have to admit, having that kind of extreme power in such a form factor is definitely something I found impressive, mock Apple for their negatives, but that's some impressive engineering they've done there.
On Windows 9, I'm hoping they try to fix up the interfaces, even if one could circumvent the Start Screen with a third party Start Menu replacement, I think there was always a bit of a PC-Tablet "hybridy" feel in general.

I haven't used Windows 8 a lot but I found it almost as counterintuitive as Mac OS, as it took me ages to find some features, if I ever found them. The Start button is like the best invention ever.

I just think the idea of cooling for it was rather interesting, but I was never fond of Mac OS (and it's fuckin' $3,000), thus I probably wouldn't get one.Adsolution wrote:You only just came across this? I wonder who's gonna take over as CEO since he's to resign this year. I'm not convinced by the possibility a Gates comeback, he seems to be enjoying his new life as a philanthropist way too much for that.

I'm more curious to see what all of this will bring, it seems Microsoft has stumbled about quite a bit since Tablets and Smartphones started their rise, didn't Microsoft buy Nokia?

Indeed they have, probably to make way for Windows Phone. Can't wait to see how this is going to affect the market.
