Tried it, still same thing. I guess I need a stronger PC
But its not freeRobotic Teensie wrote:Hey why don't you try what I tried and get a Windows emulator... Rayman Jungle Run is available for Windows 8 too. I can't guarantee that it works - your CPU needs to support hardware virtualization and it turned out mine does not - but emulating Windows on Windows could be a lot less laggy.

Well... there's probably a way to get around thatOldClassicGamer wrote:But its not freeRobotic Teensie wrote:Hey why don't you try what I tried and get a Windows emulator... Yeah, I used VirtualBox... I'm not sure what visual problem you're having though... when I made a virtual machine I had graphics right away. It's not like you need to download emulator plugins or anything... it should just work. Could you post a screenshot of the error message?GNineify wrote:Hm... do you perhaps mean VirtualBox? I thought that one would end my compatibility issue with Sims 2, which isn't running on Windows 8, but I don't know how to make the visual part work. It keeps saying that some visual thing system whatever is halted.
It simply says "FATAL: No bootable medium found! System halted.". But I'm currently updating my drivers...Robotic Teensie wrote:Yeah, I used VirtualBox... Also, try updating your graphics drivers and/or getting a different Windows 8 ISO, that might solve the problem.
There is no Rayman Jungle Run for Windows 7GNineify wrote:Actually I'm seeking for Windows 7. Aw man, I can only find the trial ISOs, which are free for 30 days and then you need a registration code.
Her problem is related to the Sims 2, yours is related to the Metro Rayman Jungle Run.OldClassicGamer wrote:There is no Rayman Jungle Run for Windows 7GNineify wrote:Actually I'm seeking for Windows 7. Rayman Jungle Run is only available for Android OS, iOS and Windows Phone/8. I wonder if you actually found fake files with malicious software.GNineify wrote:Actually I'm seeking for Windows 7. Aw man, I can only find the trial ISOs, which are free for 30 days and then you need a registration code.
Get a regular Windows 7 iso and install that. You should be able to skip entering the registration code during setup - Windows will say "OK, but you'll need to enter it later!". Then, Google "RemoveWAT" - a tool that removes the Windows Activation Technology. Download it, run it, and you're done. Worked just fine on one of our Windows 7 PCs.GNineify wrote:Actually I'm seeking for Windows 7.
