Well, I've had a convention once with another forum. At first it was really awkward, as you know each other, but you don't. After about 15 minutes the tension was gone and everyone was just having a great time. Then again, why would you not have a great time? I think we should consider housing/hotels for people coming from out of country/out of... county/city?
Would be nice to see if anyone is providing housing. Or is it everyone get their own housing at their own expense?
If I ever do international schooling I'll look into this. Otherwise I don't know about this.
