OOC: Yay our first player post!!
Yes, Master, perfectly fine. A nice first post.
As an addendum, you don't necessarily need to use the quote blocks. I like doing that as the Narrator (Director) because it gives it a bit of a storybook feeling. If you want to use quote blocks too, you can of course. "But just using quoted sentences," said I, "is also fine."
As long as it's clear to everyone what the purpose of the message is (i.e. what is speech and what is description of your actions), there's no real need to follow any one style when it comes to writing posts.

Suddenly, a gaint pack of dog food comes towards the group from the distance.
It then stops moving as it gets near the campfire and it (somehow) speaks the following word:
"Hi".

A huge chunk of metal turns, slowly, with a goose-like waddle towards the two new arrivals. A booming voice is heard from somewhere atop the metal mountain "Greetings!". It is then that you realize that you're looking at Shrooblord, the knight who dislikes people with long hair but likes haute cuisine. He is basically all chest and arms, his legs are so tiny you're surprised he's able to stand. "Master was it?" He asks, looking down, searching for the mage "Why is this foul smelling, definitely not haute cuisine meal speaking?"
OOC: haai, it's me. You may remember me from over three years ago (I think), I'm a friend of Shroob's.

OOC:
I'm stricken with a bad headache and will want to find my bed within a couple of minutes. I won't be online for the deadline, so go ahead and keep on talking to each other if you like. I'll check back in the morning/early afternoon and advance at that time.
Sorry guys. Nature strikes me down!

Inside of a small pond, nearby (but not too nearby!) the campfire sits a man. No, this is
more than just a man! He is a true Adonis!
He is not wearing a T-shirt. His skin is bluish grey. His muscles are chiseled as though they were made by the hands of a God. His face - oh my, his face! No face anyone has ever seen comes anywhere near its beauty, aside from this one, of course; and as such there is no way to justifyingly put it into words.
He speaks, his voice smooth (like clay) and sultry (also like clay?): "Why, hello there fellows... I take it you two are Dog Food and Master? How very pleasant to meet you. The kind Mr. Shrooblord and I were just discussing the logistics of using stale baguettes as weaponry."

Day 1. Camp fire, Royal Castle forest clearing
While four haplessly thrown together adventurers gather round the fire, another joins them in silence. It is Harpic, a man made completely out of stone! He doesn't look to be equipped with anything.
In fact, neither of you look that well prepared for adventure.
Perhaps it would be best to search for a place where you could buy some gear? You never know when the time calls for action...
You have until 16:00 (GMT+1) tomorrow to post your actions this turn.

Oops. Looking down at my tool belt, I see my lack of gear doth betray my lofty goal.
Come, my friends, let's away to the nearest General Store of items and weaponry. And armour. And potions. And...stuff...
And so, with my travelling stick, that I
totally don't keep just so I look more Wizardy, I get up and implore my companions to join me. Though I don't normally enjoy a shopping trip, this looks like it'd be fun!

Hmm, according to Shrooblord my intuition, getting some gear would be a good idea.

The most handsome man in the world gets up from his pond, his still wet abs glistening in the light of the fire and speaks:
"My companions, I have just had a marvellous and totally original idea! We should all go find a place where we can find gear and get ourselves equipped for the journey ahead. From the looks of the rest of you, you really need it. And while I dont need much more than my loincloth and my dashing good looks, even I, could use some more skin cream. I've got to stay moist at all times, you see... Anyways, onward! Eyes on my butt and follow me!"
He marches off, gloriously, in a random direction.

The crafted man then came in and decided to get equipments, but he doesn't have much money.

Sorry guys; I wanted to have posted earlier, but sometimes life gets in the way!
Day 1. Camp fire, Royal Castle forest clearing
And with that, the group is already completely divided. Master got up and urged people to come along with him, and seemed to have somewhat of an indication where the nearest shop would be. Dog Food, meanwhile, together with Harpic, agreed that getting themselves equipped would be a wise move, but then continued to stay by the fire and look on. At the same time, Udongo Mtu promptly began to wander off straight into the black void that looms under the trees of the Dark Forest, with nobody following him, yet Shrooblord stood in awe, gazing at his most shapely of butts.
And so the party was left with a choice. Follow Udongo Mtu, who already seemed out of reach for proposing a new plan, marching off gloriously into darkness, or Master, who looked to be quite confident in his knowledge of the whereabouts of a General Store, back towards the Royal Castle?
Or maybe someone else had another plan...?

After a while everyone close to Shrooblord, the knight who dislikes people with long hair but likes haute cuisine, hears a noise quite similar to this
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gsNaR6FRuO0 coming from his armor. All of the sudden he snaps out of... whatever he was in... and looks around bewildered-like. Using his extremely average deduction skills, he decides that "people" (looking at you dogfood), inspired by him, must've decided to aqcuire a quality baguette for themselves but are unsure as to where to get one.
"Fear not!" He exclaims "I know of a place where one can obtain a fine weapon like mine. Udongo Mtu is already walking in the right direction, I know a merchant in that area." he explains. "Oh and Master, I wouldn't go to the general store back home. They serve very low quality bread, no good for fighting."
OOC: RIP internet... internet trouble in 2017 smh

Crap, I forgot how to use my nonexistent feet. Come, Harpic and Shrooblord, let us follow Master before he stumbles into something all on his own.
Oh, and Udongu Mtu, maybe we should get some gear first before we travel through the "
Dark Forest", the name already implies that it isn't very safe. Generally, staying together seems like the best idea
that I can think of.

Being from out of town, I appreciate my inexperience with local utilities and the like is lacking. To that end, I decide to follow the advice of Shrooblord, and pray that my lack of a map and local know-how does not come back to bite me.
Come, my friends, I trust in Shrooblord's wisdom, lead the way, good chap.

Sorry guys; I wanted to have posted earlier, but sometimes
life gets in the way you end up being sick and bedridden!
Day 1. Mouth of the Dark Forest, entrance
You walk towards the Dark Forest, and night black envelops you all as you walk under the green awnings of vast and ancient trees.
What surprises you is that you don't see Udongo Mtu anywhere, though you're sure he only walked ahead a short thirty seconds earlier. Before you gapes the black hole of the path under trees below the shadow of the tallest giants. Already, the air around you feels stifling. What is this place?
The path goes straight on through the darkness. Off beyond the path, you see a light from above. It seems to be a light between the leaves, letting in a shaft of sunlight in the gloomy forest. But it's through a murky blackness, darker even than than the gloominess that surrounds the path.
A makeshift signpost at the entrance shows an arrow pointing straight on, along the path. In subscript is scribbled, quite clumsily though legible:
Merchant
>>Buy ur Warez here<<
Plant scum not welkum
Since it is now the weekend, I'll let everyone post around until Monday morning.
Naturally, if everyone has responded, I will advance. But if not everyone responds, you'll have until Monday morning to do so.

I thought Master was walking towards the Royal Castle, not towards the
Dark Forest.

Due to Dog Food's unintelligence, he had to stand still for a moment to realise what Master just said in his complicated language. He then suggested to go to the shop to get some gear.

A sudden explosion erupts from the ground, sending old roots and great clods of mud flying high into the upper canopy of the forest and landing but inches from the adventurers' feet. When the dust finally settles, and the adventurers have regained their footing, they peer forward into the great hole which now stands in the way of their path.
CLUNK
The sound of old metal echos through the forest's great halls of trees.
CLUNK
It grows louder, accompanied by a feint shudder in the ground.
CLUNK
The loose soil from the rim of the hole gives way, disturbed by something just out of sight.
CLUNK
A great metal claw of a hand reaches from behind the horizon of the pit and grapples onto an old root.
CLUNK, CREEEEEEEEEAK
The metal hand pulls at the root and heaves the rest of its body from out of the hole.
Now standing in front of the group is what looks to be a large rusty tank on two metal legs with pneumatic rotors for knees and arms with sprockets and chains for tendons. Its hands are more like claws with three curved prongs for fingers, and from its dome shaped head sprouts an exhaust pipe from which smoke and steam bellow like a chimney.
A monotone voice, tinny yet loud, speaks:
IDENTIFY YOURSELVES.
