That's something I'm still curious about to this day.
My ideal soup would be smooth, have chicken, potato dumplings, and maybe some spinach. Err...I guess sounds similar to the chicken and gnocchi soup at Olive Garden now.

Yeah I probably don't want to know what it is.
I think I like vegetable soup the most really, and I usually have some bread with it.

Yeah, I think we only rarely adopt Americanisms. Of course there are plenty of Irishisms too, and you've probably seen me use a few of them around the place today

Yeah we say "you know them yokes", but it's more like "them things". It's pronounced the same as yolk for an egg but it just means "thingymajig" or something more or less.
