Without trying to sound really childish here, I actually do think Rayman has the best moves - I'm actually certain there are more than 20. He's able to perform a variety of tricks. Several different types of roll, for starters. The game itself allows Rayman to gain extra points if such tricks are performed at the right time, too.
I have no idea what would be the next best, or indeed the followers.
