None of those pics are rare, most of them, fanart included, come from Rayman Fanpage. 
And it's Polish. I fucking hate these picture slideshow things, they're usually made by foreign teens that don't care about where they nick our fanart from.

I dunno. All i know about Japanese language to do with other countries is that the Japanese take french words sometimes.
