Your internet?

I hardly ever upload anything so that doesn't really bother me much, but a faster upload speed would be nice for those rare occasions.

We are going to move to a different internet server... thing.
So my download/upload speed are going to improve.

The annoying this is that the hub is too far away from my gaming equipment, so I can't play MW2 when my mates want to without moving the hub, and that pisses off my dad because it's plugged into a network hard drive and gay bt vision freeview

But you should really think about switching to AJAX, which would make it faster for everyone by reloading the content instead of the whole pages. I know it's PHPBB, but maybe there's some framework available. Maybe I'll write a Greasemonkey script if I get time.

Ahahah, I convinced my parents we needed a better internet connection

= WIN ^^
And it normally goes about 20 Mbps down
