Thanks guys.
Rulez, your drawings of Noodle are great! You seem to know her design very well and are able to capture what makes her Noodle in them.
Haruka, I just used the default Marker Tool on PaintTool SAI for that entire picture. When I work in Photoshop, I tend to get very lazy and you can usually tell I painted it in Photoshop. For example, this very old,
embarrassingly inaccurate painting of a paramite I did when I was first trying to get the hang of digital painting.
Here are the settings for the tool, if you were curious:

I got to love your paramite, it looks awesome, and the same thing applies for the floor!

I think you did capture well the anatomy of the Paramite, I'm pretty sure it will get awesome in the end if you play with textures with the clay and brownish ink.

Sorry about the bump but I've just recently made something and I guess it could go here.

I don't usually show WIP artworks, but I want to keep this thread active, so here's something, I guess.

Been practicing on making clean lineart with a tablet and 'tis a somewhat of my take on Finn
(LONGHAIRFINNISBESTFINNALSOHELOOKSPRETTYDIFFERENTIFISAYSO.exe) and FP and and and... FP's anatomy and Finn's neck is all over the place, for some reason these freaking mistakes happen usually with a tablet, but then with traditional art I have no problem whatsoever with the anatomies. Ahem, the finished one will look less poopier after some fixing.

I know the feeling. For some reason when I want to do a digital drawing, I must do a traditional sketch first, scanning it and only after proceeding to digital treatment. I do many anatomic mistakes when I sketch digitally, it gets on my nervs.

It's the same with me for some reason. This is what happens when I try to digitally sketch, they come out all kooky, mediocre and horribly messy:

Its probably a thing for artists already used to traditional techniques. People that mostly draw digitally must be the opposite, they probably cannot draw well on paper.
But I believe if we were trying out a Wacom Cintiq, the results would be very close to traditional.

Funny, I actually like your "messy" digital artstyle, that you even used in that Winturr Phun thumbnail.

When it comes to digital work, just like traditional work, it just takes practice. I alternate back and forth between the two all the time and I find if I don't draw traditionally for months on end and go back to it, it feels weird to draw on paper but can still draw just as well as I can digitally. However, if I take a break from drawing digitally, it takes a lot longer to get back into the groove. If you keep at it you'll get there eventually. It's just training yourself to use the tools well.
Also, Cintiqs are really difficult to get used to, even if you're used to traditional drawing. I've only met two people so far who actually enjoy using Cintiqs, and they were both 3D animation majors who specialized in character modelling.
Don't be sorry for bumping this thread. It needed more life as it is.
Very nice. It feels kind of empty, though. Also, something pretty significant you might want to avoid in the future when you go to draw something like this again: There's a tangent right smack dab in the middle of the picture. This flattens out a picture and completely denies it any depth it could have. Any time two objects on different planes share a side you might want to go back and edit it so you can keep the illusion of depth. I actually have the same problem right now in my sig but I've been way too lazy to fix it, heheheh.

You're certainly succeeding in making clean lineart. Also, I'm totally digging your style. Can't wait to see the end result.

I'm putting a link here, because probably not everyone wants to see the aftermath of sneezing a whole brain out. That's the Psychonauts stuff.

I also think Adsolution did a great job with the drawing, it's lovely!
Recently I'm not that much inspired for drawing, but I've made this sketch a few days ago:
