I like the touch screen when it's use is convenient rather than forced upon you. In Pokemon Diamond it's great being able to just quickly press a button with your finger. They don't make you use it to move or anything... it's just convenient. I've also found that in Kirby Super Star Ultra, you rarely use it at all, but when you do it's generally more convenient.

ROFL

Anyway, I think these remakes will promisse. I'm a major fan of the first PKMN generation and I loved the Fire Red/Leaf Green remakes. :) I'll be waiting for more details.

I'll likely download the Silver one. Illegally, of course.

Me too and I have the Silver cartridge. However when I bought Pearl version I got quite disappointed with the new PKMNs, I mean... almost all are ugly and comparing them with the first 151 it looks like they on Pearl had lazyness or lack of imagination on creating the new ones... Oo'

I agree, except for Lucario. I wonder if they are going to create another generation of pokémon.

I liked the style of Drapion, Staraptor, Empoleon, Infernape and Darkrai!!
But Glameow and Skuntank are horrible.... (did you even hear Skuntank's cry? It sounds like he's farting!!)

They did that on purpose. Isn't that obvious? It's a skunk. They stink.

Of course they will. Pokemon = $. This will be the worst generation yet, will probably be on the DSi, will have 600 or so Pokemon, and the one with the biggest number will be a lame, more powerful version of Arceus, called Darkeus or something

That's not a surprise. Of course they're going to run out of ideas for new Pokemon and start being lazy. I didn't think these ones were too bad, not the best though.

I'm getting Soul Silver. I wonder if they'll make a "Pokemon Clear Crystal" after this?

Each Generation of pokemon was worse than the last. Charizard > Typhlosion > Blaziken > Infernape.
The next Generation will be awful... but I do think it's coming. As Spiral said: Pokemon = $.

I also like him, and another few ones, but as I said "ALMOST all are ugly". I still prefer the 1st generation its a classic. :)

I actually don't like Lucario. Especially the fact that he's a steel type, it makes no sense at all.

That's just Arceus holding the Dark Plate or whatever it's called.

And they probably won't remake Crystal (Mind Crystal?), as they didn't make a Lightning Yellow either...
