I only asked because well, my grandad. He goes to the village pub like EVERY SINGLE day and when he gets home drunk he's either really annoying or really grumpy. How my nan puts up with him I don't know.

Same here. It's probably just the pub/bar atmosphere (I say both because it really depends upon where you're from).

I think more people have been smoking pot instead of ciggarettes, and some would be smoking ciggarettes so that they could get some feel for it. I'd rather smoke than drink. Pot makes me lax.

This is a true account. My mother has back problems and she can't take too many painkillers, so very once in a blue moon she has a joint. I asked her if she would still smoke it if she had a cancer and was recovering from it [seems that a lot of cancer survivors do], and she said no. It just helps her get to sleep easy, nothing much more. I was gonna mention it on my last post here about alcohol but I didn't want the drama.

I'm not being funny but I get stressed, emo and whatev too but I don't need any drug to help me lax or anything. I don't take any meds or anything for my aspergers, so why should I? :/

I know some people would use it for that, but I only did it to see how it was like and I liked it. Although if someone technically wanted to be happy and was depressed, Pot does make you happier, even though other things could as well but Pot is the most obvious, I think. The THC.

I won't smoke the pot to be happier, but I'd be happier anyways. xD

I don't find any form of smoking excusable, regardless of what's smoked, and I have more than a whole lifetime of passive smoking to tell you that. Both pot and tobacco have very distinct smells but they're just as nasty and I'm sick of having to smell them when I walk to the bus stop. :/
