And that's why we don't need to know all the Globox kids' names, or all the Teensies' names, or all the Lums' names
Anyways I think that would be impossible, being able to know everyone's name (unless you're a master stalker or something). Plus, I'm sure several hundreds of people share the same name too.

That is true, but we’re just naming the key teensy individuals. There’s probably millions of other teensies that don’t appear because they aren’t brave enough to join Rayman’s quest. Just like there are several real world figures who are more notable than others for similar reasons

There are five Dark Teensies, and hence five kidnappees. And those are just generic Teensie princesses, which are also found in other levels.
