I agree, the game is really easy then instantly spikes for the final boss. Rayman games have never had great difficulty balancing.

I felt that the difficulty spike really happened at the last segment of the Prison Ship, where you learn to navigate the flying shell through obstacles. The first time really took me a good many attempts, but the flying skills were useful for the final battle.

So are you telling me… rayman 2 actually gets interesting???

Of course it gets more interesting! You just happened to quit at one of the longest levels in Rayman 2, that’s all!

I mean, maybe if they made more interesting levels I would’ve stuck around!
