I should really be going and getting ready soon. I will have to go out for the last 2 hours or so of the event. I'm supposed to meet up with relatives.

Yeah the first bit of the all nighter is quite tough, but after a point it isn't so bad. Granted, some people are better at pulling all nighters than others!

in some funny sort of way, we only do this once every 2 weeks while I'm in Ireland, and I only spend so much time there. It's just an unfortunate coincidence it's on the same day, but at least I only miss the last 2 hours.

Not if you stay active on your phone, then you won't have to miss out!
