It could either be pronounced as [Ree-u-ee-koh] (no pronounciation of the h), [Rie-ooh-hey-koo] (strange accent when pronouncing the i) or
[Rie-yow-hie-coal]. There are permutations, but I would say it ends with combinations of the previous. And now we're not even debating where the stress should be put.

as 'you'.
[oh] as in hot.
[ie] as in pie.
[ooh] as in moo.
[hey] as the word hey.
[yow] as in y (from 'you') in combination with ow from 'vow'.
[coal] as the word coal, given that you pronounce it without clearly speaking the 'l'.
