- What I've done may not have been the smartest move out there. Of course there's going to be a moment when someone goes behind the TV and finds the Timer shut off, and I'll be in some deep stuff then. I guess next time they are gone I'm gonna learn how to put the timer on and every night I'll turn it off, but let's enjoy a night without problems first.

Your dad's so fucking tech-savvy, man.

And he's smart as wel, because he turned it back on. So from now on, I gotta go out in the dark living room twice a night and try not to make noise to switch it off and then back on before I go to bed. Gonna keep that up for about two weeks, then I'll believe he forgot.
+ So glad that I can still stay up with zeppy now. uvu

That sucks, but my point was that it wasn't a very foolproof or well-designed system.

- Well Jesus fucking Christ, they even had a tracker to notify them through more than one way when the timer is switched off, so I got delightfully woken up by the sound of my mother telling me to come to the living room and already really pissed her off with not coming for 20 minutes because I'd rather have just died right there then show up. Fortunately, at this point in time yelling really doesn't make me look up anymore, and it didn't last too long. But in the end the timer is still a problem and I still have to find a way to disable it, but by the time that happens it's gonna be at least two weeks further from now.
- But honestly the worst part about my little morning experience here is the fact that the first time they are even willing to acknowledge that Zepto is an existing someone who's important to me it's them in the living room making up things about her and deciding that that must be who she is. Nothing too extreme but again it reminds me that they literally think that all children who would possibly stay up late, on vacation even, must be fucked up. Nah mom, maybe you'd know her a little better if you didn't already five times tell me to get a girlfriend since we got together and either did that purposely or just forgot she exists.
+ But luckily I can decently keep myself going at night even if it's not how I want because they are usually my favourite time of the day. And I'm still sure it's not permanent, even if for a long while. There's ways around it but for now it's important they forget about the timer and everything about it.

Oh but they've given me a great replacement, and that is to simply ask every single person I know to shift their bedtimes so we can talk at 9 AM instead. And then even earlier when school starts. *Facepalm* They are all lost in their believes that it's fucking me up somehow and that it's even permanently changed my personality and I don't know. If there's anything they need to realise is that as much as they may want to I'm not who I was when I was 8 years old anymore. Really what's always been the problem that causes tension between us is that, yes, there's things that could be tons better in my life, but the way to fix them is always something they are against for a bullshit reason. I'm not good at making friends, the fix for this is that, after years of being lonely, I can be extremely cheered up and fine because of finding them online. Their fix is to force me into uncomfortable situations hoping it'll somehow change me to how they want me to be.
