If he's talking about THE Sanctuary Of Rock and Lava according to classic R2, then it does have a caged teensie at the end.

As seen in the video, at the end of the level, Rayman has to use an angled stone to rebound his energy sphere to hit the Teensie Cage.

Those Baby Globoxes are in the East Plain, and this place doesn't count for the question, as Rayrobi said. So Master4lyf1 is right, there are three Baby Globoxes in the Minisaurus Plain.
