Hey, guys, don't you think someone should post some new information about Legends on the Portal front page? The last post made was from January 1st...

It could include some stuff like the preorder bonuses, planned PC release, other stuff people might not immediately know from skimming through this topic.

Just looked, and oh shit, the game's only 29,00 euros; compared to other (pre-)release titles, that's almost half-price! I'm definitely pre-ordering this. In fact, I've done so as this message is posted.

I still don't see RL on Steam for pre-order. Will I get Steam key if I pre-order from UPlay?

I was planning on cancelling my pre-order on the Wii-U version for the PC version. Why? A much cheaper price for me, and it'd save me money, even though I do want a retail copy still. If I don't see it on steam pre-order by next month starting, looks like I'm sticking with Wii-U version.

On the note of steam pre-orders motherfucking SKULLGIRLS is available for pre-order on steam, HELL YES!

I just saw trailer for Skullgirls and it looks like pretty good fighting game.

It's an amazing fighting game, truly good indie game.
I never played it on PS3, so I think PC is my chance, I'll hopefully get it someday soon, but for now, RL is my main focus.

Same. I already saved 90$ on PayPal I got by a miracle so I can get RL on day 1 or pre-order it on Steam (if they put it on Steam as a pre-order at all).
I will also focus on Oddworld later this year.Then I will pretty much spend YouTube money for collecting classics and stuff since I am in general not interested in new titles that much. I usually buy only new games that follow a long running classic franchise. Right now, I cannot spend regular money I have without YouTube for games sadly because I am not that rich.

@Shrooblord I'm sure that the lower price in the PC version is a strategy to combat piracy. Cheaper game, more people likely to purchase the game and not pirate it.

a little off topic, but here are some worlds i had hoped to be in the game: ancient eqyptian, pirate, and india. i thought of india, because of michel's old concept presentation from a few days ago, some of them had really neat indian elephants in trees and such. it was just a neat idea. maybe pirate, but definitely ancient egyptian! with the prince of persia ray, pyramids, etc it would have been a, legendary theme! i was just thinking of some cool worlds that could've been in the game, yet they're likely not in the final version...

No thanks. Legends already has too many reality-based locations. An adventure in Bollywood sounds like it would be better suited to a Rabbids game. I like the Bram Stoker idea though. Crossing Rayman over with specific facets of real-world culture, like Greek myth or Dracula, feels acceptable somehow.

Well they sure as hell got me! There's a fifteen euro price difference between Xbox360 and PC!
And on my Xbox, I'd be playing it on a daft little screen on which I can't even make out the beautiful textures that make up the game (when I saw Origins footage on the PC for the first time after playing it through on my Xbox, I was like "WOAH that looks even more pretty than what I've seen of it!").

I wonder if the price cut correlates with game quality. Hrm.
