Strangely, when I bought my Wii back in 2006, it didn't come with one.

I don't think it is possible to register your Wii anymore. I'm not sure though.. It is impossible to register a DS, I know that for sure.

The original DS never had Club Nintendo PIN Codes. Now the DS Lite it is possible to register.

So Wii can be still registered.
