I honestly lost the track in Pokemon since the 3rd Generation, though I didn't like much the look of some pokemons in the Gen V.
Anyway, I like most of the pokemons they revealed so far, especially Froakie. If I ever get the game he would be my starter.
Fairy type? Well it's only a rumour but...I honestly have no idea of which type Sylveon could be.

That bird Fletchling is awesome. Blows Pidove out of the water.

Hey there, Saber, been a while.
I found it rather amusing that you could mount Pokemon in that area, though I'd assume it'd only be certain Pokemon, as I doubt one would mount a Pikachu for increased mobility.

You have to mind this is the series in which you could fly on small birds like pidgey.

Fair enough, but they use generic sprites for that, here, it seems that they actually show the mounted Pokemon.
OK, it seems the Fairy type is a real thing. I guess my Dragonite is in more trouble from now on...

And, some footage of said meeting, any thoughts on these?

I love the Fairy type more than I expected too,t here isn't much I don't like about all these new features. It makes me sad though because I really need a 3DS now.
I certainly look forward to it now that I have the game pre-ordered.
I feel like I'm the only one mostly buying the game for the new adventure rather than the new Pokemon, lel.

I'm excited for many things in this new generation, they seem to be taking the franchise to a whole new level more so than they've done in the past. I've wanted 3D models for a while now and thankfully they delivered! I also like the idea of the fairy type too :3 Which version you pre-ordered? I'm still stumped on which to choose haha

I pre-ordered X, shame I forget the name of the two main legendaries for those already, lol
Blaziken is my homeboy in Hoenn (Oh god that sounded so weird lol)
But his Mega form just looks BADASS, I hope I can get him!

Wonder if this is meant to be a subtle hint, or if I'm just looking into it too far.
Either way, I was a little unsure about the new form, but hearing this, I don't actually mind it now, I look forward to testing out this mechanic should an opportunity arise to do so.

Indeed, it'd be interesting to know more about the Mega-evos, if it's a matter of just a new ability + change of form.
Here's also hoping that all starters get this as it'd be really weird if it was just Blaziken, not to mention awesome if we get to see our new starters end up Mega-ed.

I wonder if having Blaziken is meant to be a hint...
Either ways, I do wonder what Infernape's Mega form will be, my first Pokemon game I played start to finish was Pearl, and a Chimchar was my starter, I've always held a liking for it since as a result.

I'd also like to see Normal Rotom get a Megalution, I always liked it more than it's other forms because of it's typing, but it sucks that it gets rather nice stat increases if you change it's form.

So today I pre-ordered Pokemon X and the guy at my Game store gave me a poster of a huge map of the full region! Kudos to that guy!
