The Fairy Glade = OK
The Marshes of Awakening = OK
The Bayou = OK

But there are still levels where there are more piranhas. And levels where piranhas have been added.

The Fairy Glade;
The Marshes of Awakening;
The Bayou;
Sanctuary of Rock and Lava;
Whale Bay;
Tomb of the Ancients.

I think that's it. At least, with the whole game in my head and skimming through the playthrough of all the levels, that's all I could think of.

It's so weird that the whole game also has been burned into my head... Freaky...

I'm actually not sure if what I said was correct, since he asked for the DC version and had a bit of a specific question, but it's worth a shot.

I'm not sure either. Have you played the DC version and have you seen any areas where there are like three Piranhas as opposed to one when compared to the original? Maybe that's what he meant.

Sanctuary of Rock and Lava= OK (Clue : And not just in THIS Sanctuary...)
Tomb of the Ancients = OK

Walk of life or Walk of Power - NO
Menhir hills - NO
Cave of Bad Dreams - NO
Canopy - NO
Whale Bay - NO
Sanctuary of Stone and Fire - NO
Echoing caves - NO
Precipice - NO
Top of the world - NO
Beneath the Sanctuary of rock and lava - NO
Iron Mountains - Maybe
Prison Ship and Crows Nest - NO

So, is it in the iron mountains? because there's no more level to search piranhas within.

Absolutely. A lot of piranhas have been added in the first section of this level on Dreamcast.
