Yea, look at the difference it makes.
Then Pat Robinson would probably want me locked up in the nearest insane asylum. No, even better, he'll probably have me sent to the electric chair as soon as possible. Fucking pricks, video games help relieve your anger, they don't cause you to become violent unless you're already a sociopath at best.OldClassicGamer wrote:That is really silly reason to hate something.
Also take a look at this:
They may cause some very little kids to start act like in the game, or play it with some toys, and if the game is violent, over protective parents go crazy.Dark Lum Lord wrote:Then Pat Robinson would probably want me locked up in the nearest insane asylum. I agree. Saying that you are a "true gamer" because of the games you play or the way you play games is as stupid as saying you're a "true eater" because of the food you eat or the way you eat.Rayfist wrote:I think true gamer is a rather obnoxious term personally.
In this case, it makes all the difference:OldClassicGamer wrote:I usually forget to include 'a','an','the'

Most extremely violent games are not meant for kids in the first place. And that would not happen in most cases unless they're already somewhat violent or aggresive - but then again that could happen with very little kids; they might act mean or aggresive, but they won't kill or attack someone...Anyways, I've played platformers - which have killing but in a very more child-friendly way in most cases - for years and I've also played some more violent games for years as well and I literally wouldn't hurt a fly.Raymanni wrote:They may cause some very little kids to start act like in the game, or play it with some toys, and if the game is violent, over protective parents go crazy.Dark Lum Lord wrote:Then Pat Robinson would probably want me locked up in the nearest insane asylum. Basically any "true" term. I don't like Coldplay's latest album so clearly I am not a "true fan" even though I've seen them life and listen to their music quite often. And now I must do anything to be able to receive the nonexistent "true" tag and please people in the YouTube comments!Rayfist wrote:I think true gamer is a rather obnoxious term personally.
Aye, I completely agree. Not to bring a personal circumstance into this, but didn't Haruka say that she was extraordinarily tight on money? Given that circumstance (or given almost any circumstance really), I see buying two versions of the same game on launch as kind of silly.Rulez wrote:Haruka, I agree with Brayfist. I can understand getting two versions of the same game; I'm guilty of this. But doing so at launch? That's unnecessarily expensive. I mean of course you're a huge Rayman fan and shit, and you don't want to miss this, but I do believe this is wasting too much money at once. You could just wait a bit until one of the versions gets cheaper and then buy it - same thing, but you lose less money. And come on - Rayfie was just giving you a friendly suggestion.
