Is it possible to customise skins in GTA Vice City on PC? Because I remember someone trying to do one of Postman Pat. Other than that I find GTA to be really overhyped.

I find it overhyped to, there are lots of kids that only try Grand Theft Auto games and never wan't to look at games that don't have blood.
Altough, i got to admit, sometimes a game like battlefield is a gift from heaven when you're really pissed.

I once played a game named Total Overdose. Really awesome, and alot better than GTA, because you can do more things.

I never played total overdose but actually, almost every action game is better then Grand Theft Auto in my opinion, Grand Theft Auto get's really boring after a short while and it's a really short game.

The annoying about GTA, is that you never manages to escape the police, after getting more than 2 stars. I tried going crazy in GTA:San Andreas once, and i managed to infiltrate a military base while having 5 starts. I shot down some helicopters, and killed a shitload of soldiers. But then, the game started lacking. It was about 1 fps or something like that. It went like that for a while, but it stopped. Later, a bazooka shot suddenly went downwards for no reason, and it killed me. That was a shame.

How can you play a game with a framerate of 1 fps

.
I used to have 1 fps in Rayman Raving Rabbids 1 to with my Intel i815e onboard video card set to 64 MB

Trust me: It isn't easy.

And then it's really annoying. I have to wait a whole second for one "screenshot", and that's alot worse than it sounds like.

It is normal with Intel cards.
And RRR break any rule: it has got better vid quality on Wii than on 4-years old computer. (Mine has got 5 years.)
