I found this on the old Rayman 3 site, with the wayback-machine im sure its Begoniax in her first design....

You’re right, that does look like Bégoniax. Do you think you could find more images like this on the old Rayman 3 sites? There was an interactive map of all the R3 levels there, with old names like ‘the Umber Swamp’ and ‘the Temple of the Grand Minimus’. It would be fascinating to compare it with the maps from Rayman 2 and Rayman Orignis. The Rare Rayman Picture to end all Rare Rayman Pictures.

I think Spiral was referring to a map that was seen on the European Rayman 3 website, I vaguely remember it myself.

Sadly I also cannot remember anything from the british website of Rayman 3, I only remember the USA version of the website.

If Ubisoft could share us that interactive map...

A funny Rayman 3 ad that includes lots of innuendos. I can tell that Ubisoft's US marketing team was obsessed with pee, according to this and the US commercial. But anyway, Rayman has a penis? I'm not trying to be vulgar here, but where exactly does he put his penis when he's not using it? He can't stuff it underneath his sweater, because we'd still see it, so...
EDIT: The ad appears to be cut off when posting it, there was a description off to the very right of the page which reads: "PLUNGE into 56 ENORMOUS levels and WHIP OUT all new features and gear like the Heavy Metal Fist and Lockjaw to battle the GARGANTUAN Hoodlum Army led by MASSIVE transforming bosses." Notice how the glaring innuendos are written in capital letters.


Also, I once saw a person on eBay selling the magazine ad for the GBC version of Rayman 1, and the ad showed a box of Chinese take-out and text reading "Now available to go." If anyone has this ad, then please scan it for me.

BTW, I'm thinking of using the picture in the Rayman 3 one as my signature, because it's pretty funny.

I did the hotlinking because I thought there was a limit on size for posted images. I'll edit my post so the images are shown instead of being linked though.

I really hope we can find this map Spiral speaks of, so then atleast we have maps to compare all the main series worlds.

I really dislike that advertising, I never did like toilet humour.

Anyway, I tried to fix the problem with the R2 one and added a link again instead. If it still doesn't work, then go to vgmuseum.com, keep scrolling down until you find the "Game ads" section, then click "Multiplatform". You should find it there.

Yeah, I've seen this one before. Obviously, the US commercial didn't make it to the TV here. But nothing that Youtube can't handle. American Rayman is shameless (and has one giant bladder).
