Am I the only one who wants to see Samus' expressions behind her helmet in the Little Mac trailer? Seriously, that was so weirdly comical for her. Also, Little MacxSamus OTP for life. :V

I'm pretty sure it's not a delay. It didn't have a confirmed date beforehand. Though it still seems far too late.

The Koopalings are a nice surprise from MK8. The nostalgic fans of Super Mario Bros. 3 must be hyper right now.

I'm surprised we didn't get any news on the Sonic Lost World Zelda DLC.

I had fun playing it today. However there is one issue that I have with the game. Everything is way too zoomed in. I know in original GBC version it had to be because of screen size, but since this is 3DS, they should give you option to stretch screen and zoom it out.

Yeah, that threw me off at first. At least it's not Sonic Genesis screen-crunch! :V

True on that. Hopefully they wont put that GBA title on VC.

On the topic of GBA ports being put on Virtual Console, I'm curious as to why they're putting the GBA Yoshi's Island port as opposed to the original SNES version.

Honestly I'm not ecstatic about the Koopa kids joining MK8, that will take up a lot of character slots.

Unless they don't somehow count them as 1 in their heads and add more characters regardless of Koopa kids number.

I must say, that Nintendo Direct last was quite the disappointment...
I mean, it was fun, but there wasn't anything interesting for me :/

That was probably the biggest disappointment for me. I was expecting Kirby or something when he said "characters you won't expect". Koopalings were hardly a surprise. They are one of the few legit choices left.

I think they should delve in to Mario & Luigi RPG characters at this point. Or something like that.

Hmm, Mario Kart with Shroobs? I know an ol' member here who'd probably like that.
Yeah, Koopalings, it made sense, I guess, given their somewhat weird current role in Mario. But it'd be nice for Mario Kart to have some other lots in, perhaps one day we may see Super Smash Kart, or something, hehe.

Am I the only who wants some WarioWare characters in Mario Kart?

I just want a guest character or two. The way they teased us in the Rosalina for Smash trailer was bloody obnoxious. Seriously, Kirby is perfect, he has a vehicle in the form of the Warp Star and everything! :c
As for a second guest character....well, Sonic has also got a perfect vehicle and Nintendo and Sega are best buddies...
BUUUT, sticking to Nintendo, Samus would be an awesome guest. She could drive a kart that looks like her space ship.
Toon Link could have a kart based off of the King of Red Lions boat.
Captain Falcon is another obvious one. As is Star Fox...
Really, they should have two guest characters. Hell, they already had three DK characters. While Donkey Kong and Diddy Kong have obvious ties to the Mario series (in Diddy's case, he appears in some sports games and such), Funky Kong doesn't to my knowledge.

I really can't think of any new MK characters I would want that are actually from Mario. Mr. L would be great, but I doubt we'll get him. Really, the only person I was a bit worried wouldn't return is Rosalina, and she's back. Everyone else I like such as Dry Bowser will likely return (Dry Bowser seems to actually have his own race track too).

If Sega can make a crossover kart racer and still brand it as a Sonic game, I don't see why Nintendo can't do the same with Mario Kart. I mean, it's still gonna have WAAAAAAAY more actual Mario characters than Ninty guests no matter what.

I dunno about you guys, but Little Mac looks pretty fucking awesome.

Speaking about that, the trailer's presentation was spectacular. It got me pumped a bit.
