< Only just discovered the differences in sound effects of the Japanese PS1 version of Rayman 1.

Wow, its been a long time < didn't posted on tha english side.

< went down memory lane, and watched some old Bionicle adverts < used to see in <'s younger years:

< Remembers there used to be this hella annoying bionicle ad on Cartoon Network that went for like, several minutes.
< Can't get over the Musician's voice in the Japanese PS1 version of Rayman. It's really cute.

< just someone managed to get a year long subscription to Unreal Engine 4... completely for free! All < did was apply to the Github Student pack, which also offers lots of other awesome things for developers like <. It's an incredible deal for students and it amazed < so much that < just had to post about it.

... < also has to finish a report for university before < can go to bed.

The funny thing is, < never took interest to that version until last night, when < stumbled across that video. The only difference I was aware of before then was Rayman's idle animation.

< never noticed the Musician's voice in the Japanese Rayman 1 either (< never played it after all). It's kind of cool!
< thinks it sounds a lot like the gibberish from Rayman 2.
< also likes Rayman's Japanese voice better for his "silly face attack".

< Thinks < is liking the Musician's Japanese voice more than his English one from the PC version, heheh! Even if it doesn't suit him as much, it's more Rayman-ish. < Also prefers the boxart of the Japanese version. < isn't sure which grimace sound < prefers, though.

< just came back from two interviews! They went great!

< Is glad the interviews went well for ^!
< Changed the sound of the VisualboyAdvance emulator down to 11Khz and turned on the echo effect and motion blur. The end result was an interesting sight and sound experience for <.

< has found an impressive phone app that can tell < what song is playing once it hears even a small, crappy, snip of it through crappy dell laptop speakers.

< wonders if ^ refers to SoundHound.

< is intrigued by what Droolie found and will check out this free subscription to Unreal. Following their stream updates, < thought that would only be possible if your lecturuer would get you licenses (which isn't quite the curricular expense my field of study would apply for).

< Finally got all the cages in Rayman Advance! With the help of walkthrough videos, of course.
