EA customer support chat-chain concluded! The tech team has now dispatched a team of highly trained monkeys to deal with the issue their specialist team to create a work-around for <'s problem. Don't that feel good!

< has been working on <'s Lenovo ThinkPad, which has OpenSuse 13.2 on it.
Though Phoenixan has < interested in trying Xubuntu, sometime.

< got the EA team working on a patch for Galactic Adventures. Hopefully, within some reasonable time, the game will be available to Mac players through Origin.
