I think it's nice if I limit my intake, though it's the same with everything.

Strange, I can imagine curry having paneer but not mozzarella.

I tried paneer before but didn't like it.

That, feta and goats cheese I still don't like at all.

I've had paneer in saag paneer and as some paneer rice dish in another restaurant. Both times I liked it. I'm not into are pimiento and pepper jack. Maybe it's cuz I just don't like a lot of peppers in general.

I do prefer that grated cheese over sliced though.

I prefer sliced cheese in things like sandwiches, grated/shredded cheese everywhere else. Cubed is only for snacks

This discussion needs to be steered towards French cheese.

How about Saint-Nectaire and fourme d'Ambert for a start?

The only French cheeses I so far have thought of are Brie and Camembert. Shows me how much I still need to learn about cheeses.
Man one of these days I’d like to have a baked Brie in a bread bowl

I have never been, and still am not that fond of cheese, but there are 2 types of cheese that I really like for certain: mozzarella and feta. Feta in my opinion is great in salads and whatnot.

The feta I find in store tend to be crumbly and salty. If I remember reading real feta is different from that.

I remember being taught about French cheeses in primary school too, but I forget everything about it other than how it was cheese.

They never taught us about cheese in school!
I had to learn from cooking shows

Apparently there's about 1600 of them, I doubt anyone knows them all.

Oh in that case, please feel free to enlighten me if you know them! Would be curious to learn of these foreign cheeses.

Ok I'd rather take cheese than vaping

I like swiss and cheddar, though mozzarella and provolone are fine substitutes if we don't have either one in the fridge.
