+ After hours of cablecutting (The S-videocable shell was too wide for my Dazzle) my S-video cable finally fit into my Dazzle
- That's when I found out only NTSC wiis Support S-Video output
+ So (using the homebrew channel) I set the wii screen output settings to NTSC, but keeping the game settings at PAL
+ Now I can play PAL games on my wii, on my pc while using an S-Video Cable for better quality

My Wii output is NTSC too, but PAL GameCube games give me black screen. PAL Wii games still work though. Any help?

Maybe you should live in a place that isn't so regionally confused.

LOL, if you actually knew my current living location, you would know that there are many other reasons to leave that place as well (the ones that do know because of purchases and shipping do NOT dare to say it outloud or else I wont be able to ever trust. You people know who you are. Thank you for understanding)
At least living standards and required money are not big and considering that is one of the two countries where I have my own apartment and not have to pay for hotel (other place is even worse and you can't find any video game store at all), I went for that one until hopefully I start getting more money on YouTube and be able to purchase own apartment somewhere else.

----- I am officialy never again shipping or dealing with people from that place ever again because I just got scammed by one person who wanted my Gex games and purchased them on one auction site. We made a deal that I send him games and when Mailman arrives he pays him for games and shipping and then that mailman delivers money on my adress. Instead, bastard was not home when Mailman was there or he pretended so the package was waiting 17 days in Post Office to be picked up and paid for. He was denying my phone calls, ignoring messages I sent him, and was just overall being an asshole. When package came back to me, I had to pay for MY OWN PACKAGE the shipping price when it went back to me because bastard didn't pick it up!!!

That's is shit. Unfortunately this happens everywhere I guess. The post should have at least give you the shipping money back.

They are not responsible for it they said. I checked the auction site and it seems that other people are complaining about the same guy too. But he wont get suspended because he has 44 positive feedback and only 6 negative. All 6 negative are very recent and 2 of them are given by me for both games he bought. He was probably ok in past since he got 44 positive but he recently started screwing around with people.

What you could do (If you have the homebrew channel) is install IOS236
Then you put AnyRegionChanger on the apps folder of an SD and load it via homebrew
Choose IOS236 and change gameregion to PAL.
Perhaps that'll work? I don't know what else you could do :/

I had NTSC as output and Game Region to Japan and when I changed Game Region to Europe and left NTSC as output it was pretty much same. PAL GameCube games still give black screen when launched from disc channel and only way to bypass that is to launch them fro NeoGamma channel and before launching to force PAL as output.
