< is planning to try out the Metroid Prime Trilogy < bought yesterday.

< ought to try sleeping presently also, but < is lazing off with that too.

< suggests ^^^^ put on some audio (music, podcast, sound from a video etc.) and concentrate on it. That helps < get to sleep as you're not concentrating on trying to get to sleep (which doesn't help at all).

< would also suggest trying not to look at many screens as they can wake you up a bit and keep you up longer, even if ^^^^ stops looking at them, it will take longer to sleep.
