Normally, how can you obtain new lives in Rayman gold?

From the live statues, some of them can appear when you collect all Red Tings in a level.

The one where Razorbeard eats the lum, though I believe only in the PSX version. If you just mean the quote, I think it was in the Fairy Glade.

The Knowledge of the World option in Rayman 2 gives us this information and also when you kill a Pirate you get some Red Lums (they probably ate them).

I agree with Rulez here, this question isn't honest nor easy. Most of the time, Razorbeard eats a yellow lum.

The only think about Red Lums and Pirates was the KotW stuff and they give you some when you defeat them, I could be wrong (I haven't played PSX version for years).

In the PS1 version, Razorbeard does eats a Red Lum, but if put in side the Knowledge of the World information, everytime you defeat an Henchman some Red Lums come out. There is a minor number of cages with imprisoned Red Lums too.

Yep it's that scene, though there wasn't anything in the Fairy Glade related to it.

I have no idea how the knowledge of the world or pirate killing could be scenes though. The first time you enter the bayou, it plays the above cutscene ( what Rulez said ) which i was looking for.

How many red lums present in the corridor leading to secret room with the 1000th lum?

In Rayman Revolution or other versions? In the place where Rayman fights the Henchmans, there are I think 8. In Rayman Revolution, there are 9. In the fight after Clark, there are 2.

In Rayman Revolution there are 4 Lums on the "stairs" which is probably the right answer (they are in the corridor), but in the room there's one at the beginning of the fight with Pirates and 6 which come from the Pirates and 2 from the Small Spiders, that means there are 13 Lums total in the room and corridor. There are no Lums in the corridor in the original R2, there are 6 Lums from the Pirates in the room + 2 from the Small Spiders. That means there are 8 in the original.

First, what does red lum mean to you?
Second, what does corridor mean to you?
Third, if i haven't said any game, the question should be asked about the original versions.

After the fight with Clark, there aren't any red lums. There are only 2 yellow lums.

I meant the small corridor which leads to the room, which contains the 1000th lumsand 6 robot pirates. It's before the green lum.

So, it is obviously incorrect.
