For many, this does happen. miss_ceres_online deserved them, as she is a good member. (After all, she started the BIAC group.)

The BIAC group is not active anymore I think I should remind them about it.

You know what idea I just thought up? You could have a reputation system on the members. Like 1 - 5 stars or approve and disapprove and maybe a reason. You could have where either just the admins can use it or all the members can.

This is not a bad idea, but if I developed it, I would like it to make sense... So everyone who changed his mind could change his vote

Yes, this would make it better. Of all reputation systems, I've never seen where you can change your mind about the vote.
