I dreamed last night that there was a Lum King in a Rayman Legends level (purple, like in Rayman Adventures). I found it curious, figuring there must have been an update. It wasn't as weird as some of the other Legends-themed dreams I had though, it's remarkable for how ordinary it seemed…

I had a dream that Rayman 4 came out and it used all the worlds from Phoenix Interactive's Rayman 4 and had the Snoring Tree as the hub world and 4 player co-op with Rayman, Globox, Barbara and a teensie.

I just had a dream where the longest shortcut had an extra part at the beginning where you would fly around freely in a plane like in the last level. You would fly around the entrance to the building and inside it and you had to shoot at all kinds of hoodlum vehicles. There were buildings and trains and other things in the style of the city from rayman: the animated series.

Apparently you also get a real-life ceramic frog if you collect it in the level.

Had a dream about riding a cart through the hell part of Olympus Maximus. The funny part about this is I had this dream while I was at the hospital for a broken wrist.

Only rayman dreams I’ve had were a series of nightmares I had when I was 9 where I accidentally new gamed my account on legends

This is a dream I had in 2020, but never posted about for whatever reason, unless I forgot...
Basically, it started off with me killing a bunch of people by running them over with a car, probably by accident since I don't drive in real life. I was staying at my grandpa's house at the time, so I then called my dad to pick me up before the police arrived. Once my dad got there, it turned out that he was actually Jano for some reason! Then we started driving to a motel, but it took too long to get there and I was arrested. Pretty sure my Jano-dad was beyond furious with me...

It's funny this got bumped today because I did in fact have a dream last night that I wanted to post here. I dreamed I was playing some demo of the PS1 version of Rayman 2. It was like those Rayman 3 demos, where you could select a level from the opening screen. I think the selections were the Fairy Glade, the Bayou and the Menhir Hills. For whatever reason I decided to pick the third option. It was quite strange, because I soon realized that it wasn't a Walking Shell Rayman was riding, but a low-poly little yellow dog. (I think this was inspired by recent discussions here on Walking Shells as pets…)
Then it seems there was cross-contamination in the dream from the opening scene of an episode of Obituary which I had watched for the second time last night, because things suddenly seemed to get a lot darker and more serious, with death threats involved. There was some monster who kept calling me a "scoundrel", quite possibly because I had the nerve to skip the first two levels in the demo. And it looked like Murfy in this version of the game was a mercenary, who carried messages back and forth from this monster, even though the latter was clearly a villain.
Eventually when I finished the level, my dog and I came out in some version of the Hall of Doors that I think has featured in my dreams before. It was still a night-time forest environment, but instead of a river, the "doors" were just standard spiral plaques on a wall that I could jump in and out of. After I came out of this one, I was followed by the hologram, which was just that monster's face saying "scoundrel" over and over… Come to think of it, its appearance may have been inspired by a simple trollface…

Honestly, I'm not quite sure... however, it was 2020, which was a pretty difficult year for most of us, so that probably influenced at least a part of it. I've also struggled with depression for many years now.
